We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on eligible items when you contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and, if applicable, unused and unworn.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.

Handmade Items

Our items are handmade with care. Because each item may be individually made, slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
